Policies & Guidelines
- Studio Hours:
- Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
- To schedule a session with us, call 508-385-8882, or you can e-mail us at HandsOnHealthCC@aoll.com.
- We also are able to accept outcall appointments with select clients in the Mid-Cape area. There is a minimum of a one-hour service, and an additional $30 fee applies to each visit. Please call or e-mail for more information.
- Payment is by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
- New clients must secure their first appointment with valid credit card information. Credit cards will not be charged if payment by another preferred method is received at their scheduled session, or if the session is cancelled with at least 24-hours’ notice.
- Online scheduling is available through our webscheduler.
- Please complete your registration form prior to your first appointment, or be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment in order to complete this information.
- Please make every attempt to arrive on time for your appointment so we can provide you with your full session. Arriving a few minutes early is recommended. Appointments that begin late will end on time unless that day’s schedule permits extending your session to make up for a late arrival.
- Please note that we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients will be charged the full rate for any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled without 24-hours notice.
- Inconsistent attendance for standing appointments may result in the loss of your regular appointment timeslot.
Monday through Thursday - 8:00 am until 8:00 pm
Friday - 8:00 am until 7:00 pm
Saturday - 8:00 am until 5:00 pm
Sunday – Closed
For those new to our studio and services. . .
We offer an 30-minute free consultation session to new clients. This allows time for us to meet and discuss your needs and goals, as well as discuss any injury history or medical conditions pertinent to your sessions. This one-on-one appointment allows us to best create an individualized program for you, and provides you with an opportunity to see the studio and get a feel for the "chemistry" here.
