Joy George-Bryden, M.S.
Owner & Director

Joy is a State Licensed Massage Therapist and Reflexologist, Certified in Orthopedic Massage and Certified by the National Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Her work incorporates techniques from her training in orthopedic massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point & deep tissue therapy, Swedish massage, reflexology, shiatsu and Thai massage.
She is an Ace-Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, an ACSM-Certified Health & Fitness Specialist, and a Personal Trainer, Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is a Certified Instructor in the Authentic Pilates™ Method and a PMA Gold-Certified Pilates Teacher, a Certified Nutrition Specialist, and a Licensed Personal & Corporate Wellness Coach. A former professional dancer and NIKE-sponsored fitness spokesperson, with over twenty years' experience in the health and fitness industry, her background includes extensive training in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, post-rehab fitness, nutrition and stress management, as well as practical experience in health club, sports medicine, physical therapy and hospital settings.
Joy completed her graduate work in health psychology and holistic studies after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting. Her professional memberships include the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the Pilates Method Alliance™, Wellcoaches®, the American Psychological Association/Health Psychology Division, and the American Massage Therapy Association. For relaxation, Joy spends time in her home studio producing oil paintings and drawings, primarily studies of the human figure and the body in motion.

Francie has been a registered nurse for over 25 years with experience in hospital, community, academic, corporate and private practice settings. In 2002 she went into private practice taking her diverse nursing experience, intuition and a holistic philosophy to help prevent dis-ease and bring balance into her clients lives.
Francie's professional affiliations include: American Holistic Nurses Association, Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, The Society of Ortho-Bionomy International®, National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy,
International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association
While Francie values allopathic medical care, she suggests holistic options that complement any current care, helping individuals find their own healing potential.
Caroline Eberhardt, Massage Therapist
State Licensed and National Board Certified
Caroline is a State Licensed Massage Therapist with professional training that
incorporates a variety of diverse massage techniques, including Swedish massage,
deep tissue therapy, reflexology, myofascial release and sports massage.
She is a graduate of the Cape Cod Community College School of Massage Therapy,
and is also Certified by the National Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork,
and a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Caroline grew up on the South Shore and is mother to three beautiful children. Her
caring and nurturing personality reveals itself in her work as a Massage Therapist.
It is her goal to help her clients relax, reconnect, and regain healthy balance in their
bodies.
